Payments and IQI Credits:

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. VoIP Credit purchased shall not be used for fraudulent calls. If IQI detect fraudulent calls on the DID number issued to any customer, this will lead to termination of your account and you will lose your DID number.
  2. VoIP purchased is enabled for voice calls only
  3. VoIP credit purchased by you cannot be refunded or transferred to other users.
  4. You agree that all payments made by you shall not be refunded and that IQI reserves the right to terminate your account for any chargeback or fraudulent payment.

Rates:

  1. Calls are charged per second billing
  2. IQI Technology does not charge connection fee on all calls
  3. IQI Technology reserves the right to change its pricing policy.

Notices:

  1. a)In no event will either party be liable to the other party for any indirect special, incidental or consequential losses or damages, including limitation, loss of revenue, loss of customers or clients. Loss of goodwill or loss of profits arising in any manner or form arising from this agreement and performance or non-performance of obligations hereunder.
  2. b)In the event any third party(s) other than You and IQI Technology shall have use of Service, then You and IQI Technology agree to forever indemnify and hold each other harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, losses, damages, assessments or payments which may be payable to the said third party(s) arising out of or relating to any defect in the Service.  Payment of VoIP minutes is not refundable.

Force Majeure:

If IQI Technology performance of this Agreement of any obligation hereunder is prevented, restricted or interfered with by causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, cable out, storm or other similar occurrence, any law, order, regulation, direction, action or request of state or local governments, or of any department, agency, commission, court, bureau, corporation or other instrumentality of any one or more said governments, or of any civil or military authority, or by national emergency, insurrection, riot, war, strike, lockout or work stoppage or other labour difficulties, supplier failure, shortage, breach or delay, then IQI Technology shall be excused from such performance on a day-to-day basis to the extent of such restriction or interference. This provision shall not, however, relieve either party from making any payment when due.
